i am confused between the static and the viberating adaptor... the confusion is basically this that how visible and painfull is the jello effect and what causes and is it better to go for the viberating one or the static one...

as you dont deliver in pakistan... a cousin of mine would be visiting me next month so i was thinking of ordering it today so that he could bring it back next month... could you guide me as to which one to get...
