This week I was in the mood to do something different... REALLY different. This is 2d animation all the way, and yes, I am aware that it's a little strange.
Tools at play are Pivot Stickfigure Animator and Sqirlz Morph (both freeware), Sony Vegas Pro 8 for video editing, and Cubase SX3 for the music creation. Primary synthesizer at work in the music is called Absynth 4 by Native Instruments.
Worked on it, from concept to completion, for about 6 hours.

Pineapple Pictures 11 months agoLove the sound, not sure if the liquid sounds are part of the music track or added by yourself but certainly add to the effect. This looks 2.5D to me, maybe because of the shadow effects. Love it- Kate -

11 months ago Thanks! I ended up using the liquid sounds like another instrument in the soundtrack, I introduced them fairly early into the mix as I added layers. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. -
