This shot is a close-up of the machines that make the animations in the animation. Note the adjustable flaps and wing-nuts-- the machines can be adjusted to accommodate the geometries of a variety of simulated venue.

That rectangular thing along the bottom is the ladder you have to climb to be able to view the machines.
