Hornvik is one of my favorite places on earth. It's the home of arctic foxes, millions of birds, big cliffs, diverse flora and amazing sunsets. No people have lived there since the 1940's.
Hornvik is located in the remote Hornstrandir nature reserve in the Westfjords of Iceland. To get there, one can join a trip with me and my colleagues at Borea Adventures (boreaadventures.com).
The video is shot during one afternoon in August.
Many thanks to Sjoferdir for the boat transport.
Thanks to Hornstrandastofa for other help.
