Here's more telemark video, this time at ABasin.
This was taken about a month and a half after the previous tele video I posted. At this point I had around 20 days in on telemarks.
For those familiar with ABasin, this was on the East Wall traverse, past North Pole, but before the hike up for Willie's Wide. Then through "Land of Giants" and down to the base on "Wrangler".
It's hard to tell from the video, but the upper section, for the first 10-15 seconds, is pretty steep, I think its around 35-40 degrees.
It's clear from the video I that I improved quite a bit over the previous one. There's almost no traversing, despite the first section of this being a lot more difficult than the one in the previous video.
Later, on Wrangler, I ski backwards for a few seconds, and do a few spins. I practiced that quite a bit towards the end of the season; it seemed to help with edging once I turned around and went forward again.
