Some scenes from Windward Farm, in Lyttelton Harbour, Banks Peninsula, NZ.
It's a small (72 hectare) farm comprising Mansons Peninsula- the point of which is known as Kaitangata. It's 30 minutes from Christchurch. We farm trees, horses, a few sheep- and a big family.
This is January. Summers are dry and the previous day was very hot: about 36 degrees, with a gusty nor'west wind.
Music is Sibelius, one of a suite of short pieces called, I think, "trees".
