HV30 with Nikkor 50mm 1.4. 60i TV mode with 1000 shutter. Colors set to vivid.

I'm wondering if it is normal to be able to see the ground glass spinning like this? It got a little less noticable converting it to H.264 - in AfterEffects the spinning is super clear. Maybe my focus is off? Still getting that vignetting - I even zoomed a few click past weher it was no longer visable in the viewfinder. Have to go further I guess.

Also, you can really hear this thing hum. Im wondering if it would even be usable without a connected mic?
