INT. AIRPORT TERMINAL - MORNING
Trying something different, travel day, fresh-squeezed juice, NPR is the “anti-Wire,” and the pain of losing symmetry.
State: Cock o’ the walk.
Hear: “What Makes a Man Start Fires” by Minutemen
See: tinyurl.com/KenzieCheese (Kenzie warns Cheese in “Gone Baby Gone”)
Idea: NPR needs a DIGG. Only not about Macs and boobs.
Fact: I met the ’79 Dodgers

Are you using textexpander to get too those wikipedia pages so quickly?
What's to the right of the Help menu in Safari? I can't quite make it out.
@Bob Bobo: Screen shots on video through ScreenFlow.
Perhaps Merlin will do a video about his Mac setup.
That'd actually be kinda fun. I'm no Don McAllister, but I'll work on it and try to do something in HD (with real editing and full-on ScreenFlow sexiness). Been meaning to do something like that forever.
Also, the Wikipedia shortcut is one of about 40 or so I use via Sogudi.
I would get much pleasure from a tour of your crap, it must have changed somewhat since those macbreak videos.
SafariStand can also do this.
Or. You could hire someone and then just dictate, what you want to see.
I went with all three possibilities.
Love the new location, not so sure about the desktop. Pixelation makes things look crappy. And allready knew what wikipedia looks like. HD would be yummie though.
I think someone is trying to tell me something.
Always keen to see what others set-ups are like!

I just watched this video tonight on 1/23 (it auto started when I clicked through the HD link from 43F for your "Desktop Tour" piece.
And as I'm becoming more and more convinced we're from the same genetic source code, you had to go and bring up 2 points that are anything but coincidental:
1. I'm on a business trip to Miami, staying at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne and have my radio alarm set to, you guessed it, NPR. I know you're conflicted. Let it go. NPR's one of technology's gifts of tranquility.
2. Secondly...I was meeting some of our clients at the airport on Wednesday and just happened to cross paths with, you guessed it, Tommy Lasorda.
The only thing I could think as I made eye contact, smiled, and extended a hand was, "Mr. Lasorda, you were a fixture of my youth."
I'm still trying to figure out what I meant. But it made his associate, bedecked in an MLB logo'ed windbreaker laugh outloud.
Also Crooked-Faced...
