"AHOY! Today the young pirates started to create their props for Silverland (sheepsjourney.com/worlds/episode-5-the-silver-world), where the sheep film will be set. Many different buildings, ships, characters and natural objects were created, including silver trees, silver skyscrapers (for the silver city), a silver pirate ship, a silver escalator (for the penultimate scene!) and the Church of Silver, where the Silverist Religion worships. All the young pirates were incredibly involved and passionate about this, and created some fantastic structures. WELL DONE MATEYS!"

"The time has come to begin our animation! The meeting room is transformed into a silver world, complete with frying pan, skyscrapers, and silver pirates. All pirates work extremely hard to animate the story, either helping to create the animation, recording sound effects, designing and animating their names for the credits, drawing the backdrops or crafting creative descriptions to accompany the animation. Saskia tirelessly works to help all the Young Pirates put the story together and the result is very impressive. Now all that needs to be done is to add the sound…"

"So the little sheep is rescued from the sizzling silver saucepan by the giant claw and finds his way up the escalator and away to another world… The story now over and the animation finished, the Young Pirates interview each other about the process and create an animation with their own grimaces. Saskia hands out the certificates stating that the Young Pirates are now professional animators and the volunteers celebrate with burgers on the roof. What a great week! Thanks very much to all involved: Saskia, Anika, Joe, Sam, all the Young Pirates, especially Kayne, who is in the terrible position of having to go to the Dominican Republic next week, and missing out on… Pirate Postcard Design Week! …"
