The 'School' installation was commissioned and exhibited as part of the 2011 Folkestone Triennial, concluding two years of research and recordings in schools in and around Tel Aviv. 7 real lessons and a school break are re-staged in immersive surround sound and translated in 7 rooms and a corridor. Each room contained one lesson with synchronised English subtitles on a 'blackboard' screen: History, Biology, Citizenship, Geography, Arabic, Literature, and Bible studies.
