James Beard award-winning chef Tiberio Simone performs an art installation at Vermillion art gallery in Seattle on August 18, 2011. Tiberio is the author of "La Figa: Visions of Food and Form" – a new book featuring a spectacular collection of sensual photography – models wearing nothing but his edible creations. Using the human body as his canvas, and natural fresh ingredients as his paint, Tiberio's elegant and tasteful nude images are the culmination of a five year collaboration with photographer Matt Freedman.
