I hate shaky videos. But how do you get sturdy footage with a clumsy Canon 5D in one hand and pulling the heavy tiller of an old long keeler with the other?
Sailing my old Scylla Ellinor II 16 miles from Makholma home shore outside Sappi island and back. On the way I had to give way for the classic household schooner "Ihana" from Luvia and for the lovely cows on the cliff of Sappi.
The weather was not tough at all, merely very normal conditions, about 6 m/s before Sappi and around 10 m/s out on the sea. The best conditions for an old Colin Archer-like, what the finnish Nalle Nyberg designed Scylla boat is.
