One more.. now without projector bleed around the edges, and the debris have some simple physics.

I'm going to go ahead and call this finished now. All this work made me hungry for a grilled pork chop.

    Nice! How does this work? Are you really using 4 projectors?

    No, just one projector. It projects onto three sides of the cube, and I wrote software to make the textures line up (and to do the animation and detect when I hit it).

    dirt... then wood... ;)

    it's just a normal cardboard box, I covered it with white paper to work better with the projector.
