Well the kite festival turned out ok. I shot stuff for my own personal use, stuff that will be on Vimeo someday but as far footage that Sean could use, nope. It was too overcast and the really badass kites weren't even out. And then there is the mass ascension that would take place Thursday but by then were on to our next spot. Frustrating.

It's pretty crappy the rest of the year when it isn't tourist season. Most tourist towns are pretty crappy when there aren't funny tourist doing silly tourist things in touristy shops buying tourist crap.

The beach is pretty. The lighthouse is nice. Cape Disappointment is pretty and disappointing at the same time.

i used to live in a beach town. i loved it most when the tourists weren't around. expecially in the winter when it was a ghost town.

I highly doubt that.
