Totally not intending to suck up, but you look more like Ewan McGregor than Garrison Keillor. During your talk at Macworld I kept expecting a stream of curses with a thick brogue.

There's a thought -- more curses. Practice an accent.

Your Most Days series is great! BTW...Smule makes an ocarina app for the iPhone if you're in a digital mood. :-)

When will you be submitting Most Days to iTunes as a vodcast?

Phones are for texting, twittering, emailing, and--at very last resort--being the asshat talking into it.

The inherent joy of being on camera everyday ... eventually you digress into a scathing rant on cell phone etiquette. It's a beautiful thing.

Mostly because I selfishly want to be able to subscribe to this in iTunes, I'd like to suggest the following workflow:

QT Pro -> TubeMogul -> Vimeo and blip.tv -> iTunes (from blip feed)

Once set up properly this will only really require the first two steps (QT Pro -> TubeMogul), and the rest should be automatic...so that's probably the same amount of steps that you're doing now.

Keep up the good work. I get great joy out of the faces each video ends on.

Hey, thanks, Billy D! Great tip.

I'd actually looked at TubeMogul a few days ago for this purpose, but wrote it off because I didn't immediately see a way to do Vimeo. But, on your suggestion, I looked again and saw it hiding under "More Sites."

I'll try to get that working, and will definitely give it a spin. Many thanks, man.

Yeah, a few destination options (I think including Vimeo) require that your account be reviewed by a TubeMogul employee before you are allowed to upload to them. That's because some sites are a little more strict about what kind of content you can upload (for example, a lot of people use TubeMogul to spread promotional videos, and promotional work is not permitted on Vimeo).

I went through this approval process for one of my sites and they responded in a few hours with a very friendly subject line of "Your Videos Rock Upload Away." Nice folks, those TubeMogul people.

Nothing like a good Jethro Tull gag.
