This clip was shot with a 70-200lISf4 @ 200mm. The goal was to illustrate the advantages of the IS system when doing video.
The last segment of the clip shows how steady the image can be when a Smoothcam filter is applied on top of the IS.

This video is much steadier than the one I did @24mm, probably my holding technique was better and I had more time to rest between these shots and the one at 24mm
