if this is any motivation: smoking not only causes lung cancer but pretty much any cancer, like bladder cancer. so if you kept smoking and got bladder cancer you may develop stress urinary incontinence and therefore you could never laugh at your own jokes, esp on stage, because... well... you'd pee your pants. you dont want to pee your pants, do you?!

I would have liked to have seen you burn the remaining pack at the end -- it would have really drove it home for me.

I smoked for 10 and have successfully quit for 6 years. I still drink coffee. Just get past the initial craves and you'll be good. Pretend you just had one..ahh, wasn't that nice? Just don't tell people "I'm trying to quit smoking". You quit damnit. That's it. Then you'll also get into this long conversation about how smoking is so bad, but so good and how someone else you know is trying to quit and you're leaning on each other for moral support, but they're not gonna last. yep, its the inital week of craving, once thats through its pretty easy! we pay about £5.60 for 20 over here which is about $11 ..... still love a good puff on the old shisha pipe every now and then, arabic styleee
