Fred Adkerson, of Fred's Bail Bonding, describes why Mechele Linehan was able to avoid returning to jail when the man who covered her bail withdrew his collateral. Linehan's family covered the bail, Adkerson said, but as a result Linehan has withdrawn a request to leave the state for medical treatment.
