What I Did Today: Fox in New York
Woke up at 6 something, walked Lilly. The towncar arrived at 7:10am for the weekly "Relationship 101" segment I do on The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet over at Fox's studios. Got makeup, hair, talked with all the producers, did the seg. At 10 am I had breakfast with FoxNews' Courtney Friel, the host of their gossip & entertainment show Lips & Ears, which we taped at 12:30. Then I jumped in a towncar to bop over to Star to check in, said hello to the editor-in-chief, got my new biz cards, and finally headed home to walk Lilly, write my column for Time Out New York, pitch producers, answer emails and start prepping for tomorrow's shows. Tonight I'm going to Les Mis with my girl friend Krystal, which is both business & pleasure (I'm doing a piece on Broadway musicals for Time Out, and it's Krystal's birthday, so I'm treating her to the show).
This is actually a pretty typical day for me. Whew.

You seem very intelligent and extremely professioal. I admire that. But the whole "gossip" thing - it's all about people who don't matter and people the American public *should* give two shits about.
I guess what I want to know is if this bothers you, as a person, at all?
Hope your answer... !
