This video is a response to the Mozilla Call for Concepts. In this video, I take a look at a couple instances where the Firefox User Interface could be made more intuitive and useful for users.
Ideas examined include:
Multiple tab bars that facilitate horizontal and vertical split screen browsing
Improved multi-tab aware history navigator that remembers the actions you took, not just the page you visited.
A "time-machine" like interface for returning your browser to a previous state of tabs.
Infinite scroll for paginated sites.
Uploading files from your computer, a url, photosharing sites, and email attachments.

Particularly like the split screen idea - lining up 2 browser windows can be a pain and then there's window focus issues. Not sure I would have different sets of tabs lining up in different parts of the screen though. Maybe have an option 'enable split screen' then on a tab context menu 'send to screen 2'. The tabs could align along the top of that particular screen OR they remain where they are but are colour coded. Just adding my 2 cents - you're clearly the brains!
