Following a sell-out success at the Greenwich+Docklands International Festival 2011, critically acclaimed Elastic Theatre invites you to peep into the weird and wonderful imagination of a Baroque artist... With an original score performed live by Celloman, a large black box becomes the window into seventeenth century ideas about the human body, through an exhilarating fusion of comedy, dance-theatre and contemporary opera. In collaboration with London Metropolitan University, supported by the Wellcome Trust. Recorded live in a unique staging commissioned for the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London (June 2011).
