Was this shot with the REd? What were your settings? Very nice video. Check out a short surf video I did in Galveston after IKE. Not as beautiful as this but I was trying to go for the same thing. I shot it with and HVX at 60 FPS. I wish I had a Red but im not quite ready for it. Again Nice!

Nice video. I specially liked the shots with the birds' silhouettes profiled against the sun. Lucky to have been there at the right moment, and kudos to you for seizing the opportunity.

The only "con" I find in the video, is that it is somewhat generic... I mean, I've seen lots of videos with flying birds, sky, waves... To make it more interesting it would have been a good idea to get a different angle, or treatment.

However, nice work all in all.

    Beautiful.

The musical selection - from the Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford - is perfect. Even more perfect because it's so marvelously reminiscent of the Saint-Saëns Aquarium, which haunted and thrilled during the opening credits of Days of Heaven, a film in which this little piece finds it's visual heritage. Well done. The RED is a beautiful instrument, once tamed.

Quite beautiful. Being in Houston, I could not help but think how the Gulls were some of the only forms of life not affected by Ike. Was kind of hoping to see a bit of contrast between the devastation and the life still going strong in the gulls. Good job!
