15. lasse matthiessen plays "black queen" on giged.net

lasse is one of these rare, extremely talented, musicians that just puts goose bumps all over your body once you hear him play live - i've seen him play twice now, he's just plain amazing -- go see him if you have a chance!
not only that, he was also an extreme pleasure to work with: we shot this video in the mauer park in berlin - some of you might know the location, it's right behind where you have the sunday karaoke. we had three takes and somehow this one worked out best, including the plane that never stops flying into your sound recording at the best time...

we shot with two DSLRS: canon 5D with a sigma 50mm f1.4 mounted on a shoulder rig and a nikon D7000 with a nikon 80-200mm f2.8 D lens on a tripod with a manfrotto video head. the sound was recorded with a sennheiser ew-100 G3 wireless lavalier into the ZOOM and rode NTG-2 on the second xlr input. sound was done by alex - thanks to her for the great job! post was done on an avid media composer using magic bullet look suite. more videos on giged.net

And i have a technical question:
At 0:11 (and some other points) the camera movement seems quite jagged. Unlike normal hand camera movement.
May that be caused by a lens with an enabled image stabilizer?
I've heard that I.S. lenses can't cope with too much movement and then produce choppy movements. But i never had one to test it.
