Oh wow, it’s another slow-mo film! Conducted by the duo LERNERT & SANDER for FANTASTIC MAN, the hi-definition films give both incredible grace and pure practicality to the art of moving fashion images. Today sees figure skater THOMAS NAYLOR performing the camel spin – a number, for those who are curious, that is executed by extending one leg backwards with the knee held above the level of the hip. The music for this film, as for all five fantastic spin movies debuting on DAILY RECOMMENDATIONS this week, was custom-made by composer DANNY CALVI from London, UK. As for the garments worn, FANTASTIC MAN’s fashion director JODIE BARNES selected a CALVIN KLEIN COLLECTION coat, white neoprene trousers by NEIL BARRETT and cable-knit jumper by PRINGLE OF SCOTLAND.
