Hello from Canada. I'm a real newbie at this but I teach drawing and painting and love to create. I have made roses with modelling clay so I figure this can't be too difficult for me. So far my problem has been to find the perfect fondant/modeling paste recipe. Many people can make things out of fondant but very few can teach. You do both! I will be studying you more closely.
