This is my very first time-lapse. Pretty much, ever. Certainly my first night sky one. Shot in Lutsen, MN
Canon 60D, Aputure remote, RAW, faint light on trees coming from the mountainside condo I'm staying in.
Went out to the deck to grab the (now battery dead and card full) camera at 6am. Look up and their's a fawn (still had her spots) 10 feet away. She froze, staring at me. I did the same.
No way to get the shot. Eased myself back inside to get new battery and SD card and came back out to find she'd moved and joined 4-5 deer at the end of the building, munching on shrubs but then heading down the steep slope into the woods. Sadly, obstructed view. Aaargh missed the shot!
But the time-lapse actually ended up pretty decent, if I do say so myself.
Sorry no audio, don't have any good music with me. I'll add some later.
BTW hope this upload works. The internet speed here is beyond slow. Starting it and waiting hours.
