Pizza is always a hotly contested competition, with old standbys like Grimaldi's and John's making the list nearly every year. We also choose and editorial winner every year, and this year a new upstart in Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens impressed us most. Opened by a first-time piemaker, Mark Iacono, this cozy spot serves only pizza and calzone.
