7. Chalk to iPod: 21st Century Higher Education, Gene…
11 months ago
College professors today are teaching during one of the most exciting and challenging moments in the history of education. Our students are socializing, communicating and experiencing their world in dramatically different ways than many of us can even fathom. It can feel like professors and students come from two completely different cultures.

This video reframes 21st century teaching by exploring the unique characteristics of the different generations that fill our college classrooms. By viewing our younger students' technological landscape as opportunities for enriching learning and transforming education, professors are invited into the dialogue about 21st century education and encouraged to make use of technologies to improve and enhance their pedagogies and relationships with their students.
