Most people are more afraid of thunder than lightening. Who flinches when they see lightening more than when they hear thunder? Funny, but true. Kind of like trying to keep your eyes open when you sneeze.
The disciples were scared of Jesus becasue they thought he was a ghost. They screamed... it's true! Jesus told them to be brave, when they found out he wasn't a ghost they were braver.
I think I might have been a little scared too!
