All this video is better than Sound Bytes, but could serve essentially the same purpose. Print is the only medium that every american can get hold of, that specifies the idea regardless of the excellent speaking abilities of the Top Dog (whose management abilities I pray for).
Frankly, I think it's the only way to straighten out Congress; If elections don't cost so much, candidates won't have to sell so many votes to win them. The largest campaign expense is buying radio and TV time. Making public radio and TV time available free to candidates (say 15 mins plus 1 hr X proportion of voters in last election, to also give minority parties exposure).
