This is a video I shot with my new GoPro of one of my first helicopter training flights. It’s a great tool to review my performance and see everything without being totally occupied on flying at the same time. It’s also interesting to see when the instructor puts his hand near the cyclic “just in case” or to use the radio. Video shows engine-start, my first reverse hover taxi between helicopters on the pad, takeoffs and some hovering. More to come as I learn more about video and editing, plus I’m recording almost every flight.
