Sticky Data App Field Test

This is a field test of the Sticky Data app that IBI developed as part of their research for Making Future Work at broadway. The app functions to pick up geolocated twitter data based on the users current GPS position. This is then fed into a peripheral that provides haptic feedback for the user so they can sense the presence of data without the need for a screen interface. This video demonstrates an early field test of the app's sensitivity. On the right you see the app running live as we walk down one side of a main road, and the other screen shows the app in use on the other side of the road. You can see how clearly this demonstrates the sensitivity and variety from one side of the street to the other.
