Stacy Weeks presents Exim Dance Company CIC in their first short Bleak, a dance for the camera exhibit that came 2nd in the Dance Camera Action category of the Cornwall Film Festival 2011. Mixing a hint of chance music/dance collaboration, Bleak is an experimental dance film.

Choreographer Sarah Buckingham explains " And so it was...and so it is....she always stood there...bag always packed, blouse always pressed, always waiting, looking her best. Bleak explores the notions of abandonment, temptation and manipulation by delving into your forgotten subconscious conversations, rehearsing, teasing and antagonising the blurrings of body and fiction"
