In this half hour video, Dr. Dean Howell, naturopathic physician and developer of NeuroCranial Restructuring® (NCR), a revolutionary form of physical medicine to realign the entire body, discusses with an audience his background and how he came to his discoveries about the stability patterns in the body that led to his development of NCR.
