Foods that are naturally white in color provide nutrients that help us maintain a healthy body. When choosing your menu select these white foods:mushrooms, parsnip, turnip, potatoes, whit eggplant, apples of any color, cauliflower and cabbage. Be sure to create a colorful plate that includes white foods!
