Teague Labs' videos
It's a video game in a box!

Using a Teagueduino and a few inputs and outputs, we put together a physical side-scrolling video game. To control it, there's a knob on the side. As time advances the game gets faster and faster -- can you avoid all the obstacles and make it to the end?

    My first "real" tv game was a Grandstand Pong clone c.1976/7. It's "FOUR GREAT GAMES" were tennis, football, squash & squash practice(?) - all paddle-based with black plastic rheostats to control the movement of said paddles.

    I do, however, remember some early mechanical 'video' games somewhat like this.
