VCU Men’s Basketball Coach Shaka Smart took the world by storm last March as the Rams upset their way to the NCAA Final Four. In the process, Coach Smart captivated the country with his on-court leadership and intriguing personal story. While Coach Smart is an outstanding basketball coach, I wanted learn more about him as a person and as a leader. This profile allows Coach Smart to define himself; in his own words. In two parts, Coach Smart honestly talks about a range of topics from why he decided to stay in Richmond to the music he listens to on his iPod.
