This is the world's highest via ferrata and the first in Asia. It starts at 3800m on the Panan Laban rockface of Mt Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. It terminates at about 3300m.
This video is intended to allow visitors to have a feel of what it is like to be climbing a via ferrata.
Via ferrata is "iron road" or "fully protected pathway" in Italian. It refers to a path on a mountain that is equipped with steel cables, handholds, and legpads to allow non-technical people to navigate an otherwise technical route only available to mountaineers.
