Thank you for referring to her work. We discovered it while making the video. We have been really impressed by "Prince Ahmed" and especially by her water effects technique. We wanted to reproduce this feeling in our film but it would have been too long... We had no time left ! Anyway, I think this effect is much better in paper technique than it would have been computer-made..!

this is one of the nicest things i have seen in a long time. reminds me of the clip blind did for gap/the raveonettes, but with a more 2d/toon/storybook approach here. love how the limited colour palette is still so detailed and evocative. clearly a *lot* of time spent on design and composition.

We paid really close attention to the storyboard and "animatique" (do not know the English word for this).
It took us 1 week on the storyboard and about 1 week on the animatique too.
