A rugby fan's tribute to the 2011 Rugby World Cup! Pixie - ball obsessed. Go the All Blacks (NZ team)!

Pixie is a bit Jack Russell, a bit Poodle, and a bit of a few other things, collected from Christchurch a week before the first earthquake.

After months and months of people telling us we should film her with a ball we finally did. It was a great excuse to try out some new camera gear. We spend the rest of our time filming weddings so it was great fun to do something a little more personal. Pixie was the perfect actress, staying, running, jumping and sitting on command. Once with the ball though, she's a bit hard to get back. This video doesn't even show half of how clever she is navigating a ball round the field. She's particularly good flicking it up with her nose for the bounce effect.

Filmed in Riverton. A tiny but very cool community at the bottom of the South Island, New Zealand. Population about 1400.
