Dermot Daly is the founder of the mobile app production company tapadoo.com. This talk centers around app development. Dermot talks through the steps, he feels, are required in order to make a successful app.
Some of these are obvious enough (make it look good), others are less so (adding more features can kill your app). The most important point Dermot makes, in my opinion, is that you should never develop an app for an apps sake. It needs to fill a need, or a gap.
