This film documents the Energy Assurance conference in Raleigh, NC in late February, 2011. The film conveys the key points of the conference, which had a goal of passing on vital information to local, county, regional and state agencies the importance of planning for energy assurance in the event of any emergency. The Department of Energy, NASEO and PTI sponsored and took part in the conference as well as the film.
