Ouzoud is a small, Moroccan village in the Middle Atlas Mountains and the site of the Cascades d'Ouzoud, an impressive set of waterfalls. In recent years, the area has seen a significant rise in tourism, from both within Morocco and abroad.
The film explores the effects, contradictions and attitudes towards tourism in Ouzoud, through a series of interviews with both locals and foreigners. It is part of my MA dissertation project in Visual Anthropology at the University of Kent.
