Handstands are THE BEST! They're fun, challenging, empowering, and invigorating, and I couldn't imagine my yoga practice without them. This video was designed to help beginner handstanders figure out how to work towards the pose and to give experienced handstanders some inspiration to work towards longer holds and different variations.
