Great format, perfect length for a "quickie". What was missing for me was closure and specifics. I was hoping you'd go back to the restaurant owner, taking the advice from the NJ Restaurant Association expert, and give him a plan of attack. Not a fully formed strategy, but 3-5 general action items for him to implement. Then, as your conclusion, list those action items as bullet points and talk about how the rest of us can use the same strategies in our plans of attack. Since I'm now on a roll, what would really be cool would be for you to go back in three months and give us an update on his progress/success, etc. :)
