A few years ago I had tweeted just how much I admired the leadership of Ford CEO Alan Mulally. A few weeks after I expressed my affinity for Ford, I received an envelop in the mail containing an autographed picture of Alan. It was that small gesture that turned me into a super-advocate and ultimately lead me to applying, interviewing and gaining employment at Ford Motor Company as the U.S. Manager of Social Media.

The video was lost due to errant removal but after reading through a step-by-step instructional, I found it and brought it back online. I'm a proud employee of Ford Motor Company and that very photo sits on my desk to this day.
