Videocast #4 - Stove top/Moka Pot
This is a method to get a delicious cup of coffee from a very cheap and common brewer. This is not a method for using it to make espresso. It could be used in different ways - this is just a way that produces a very sweet, clean and strong cup.

Well done and thanks..
Which temp is best to brew it at? I know lower is better, but is medium too high on the stove top?
Thanks for sharing, will have to try this method out!

Frankly, I think the beans in use provide very delicate differences between brewing methods. Using cold water (and the method I describe on my blog) I'd get a great cup of moka coffee. Lately, I've had very bitter results, regardless of grind. With all other things being equal, it must be the beans.
I plan to try your method with my current beans soon. I'll post the results.
