The Inner North Community Foundation was established in 2008 to meet the current and future needs of communities in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs.

We fund projects that help equip local people in our area with the skills and training they need to break down barriers to employment.

The documentary shares the stories of 5 participants of Foundation funded projects and provides the viewer with a glimpse of how their life is now compared to before the programs. They talk about their experiences, being a participant of the project, and the journey of change that they're on.
