This audio-visual document, produced by Caracol, presents the aims, objectives and achievements of the Intercultural Bilingual Education (IBE) Initiative in Belize. Using interviews with participants the video records the personal experience and opinion of those who delivered the project activities. This pilot project was funded by UNICEF Belize with funds from the Spanish International Development Agency (AECI).
