To create a network of public-private partnerships that will empower local leadership and leverage resources and expertise in support of the redevelopment plan created by the residents of New Orleans' Broadmoor neighborhood. The goal in focusing on one New Orleans neighborhood is to prove the concept that a network of private-public partners can successfully come together to solve a major social problem.
